A great option for those who have completed a 10-12 Session or 6 Session package and want a follow up, or those who are struggling, need an immediate action plan and are curious about how Parent Coaching can help. This package includes two 90 minute Zoom sessions, in addition to email and text support between sessions.

A more targeted trajectory, in 6 sessions we go through the stages of appreciative inquiry, but have less time in the design phase. This means we usually focus on one aspect of parenting, say transitions, screens, food, sleep, or tantrums. In addition to 6 one hour zoom sessions, each week I send you a summary of the key insights and actionable steps we surface.
