Parent Coaching

Parent Coaching Institute ® Certified

2 Sessions

A great option for those who have completed a 10-12 Session or 6 Session package and want a follow up, or those who are struggling, and need an immediate action plan . This package includes two 90 minute Zoom sessions, in addition to email and text support between sessions.

$300 / Two 90 min Zoom sessions

6 Sessions

A more targeted trajectory, in 6 sessions we go through the stages of appreciative inquiry, but have less time in the design phase. This means we usually focus on one aspect of parenting, say transitions, screens, food, sleep, or tantrums. In addition to 6 one hour zoom sessions, each week I send you a summary of the key insights and actionable steps we surface.

$500 / 6 one-hour Zoom sessions

10 - 12 Sessions

Our best offering for transforming your relationship with your kids and yourself. The full trajectory allows for a deeper understanding of your patterns, values, motivating emotions, and strengths- with time for positive feedback loops to be established. In addition to 10-12 one hour zoom sessions (depending on your needs), each week I send you a summary of key insights and action items.

$800 / 10 - 12 one-hour Zoom sessions

Work With Aaron

Aaron Swartzman Parent Coaching

As a PCI® Certified Parent Coach, I work with you to find practical, lasting solutions to parenting challenges, using your own strengths and values as the foundation. The goal is to help you feel more confident and connected as a parent, building stronger, more fulfilling relationships with your kids. Parent coaching isn’t therapy. It’s a series of safe, supportive, honest, and judgment-free conversations. The process is action-oriented. Together, we create clear steps you can take to build the kind of parent-child relationship you want.

“I feel incredibly lucky and grateful for the time and dedication Aaron gave to help me become a stronger and happier parent for my daughters. He is a very gifted listener and coach and I couldn't recommend his parent coaching more highly.”
